Not great
Poor walking boot
Plus side of these boots is that they are very light & comfortable, and that's fine if you wear them when it's not a frosty morning, and even a wet morning on some surfaces,
These are extremely slippery and even quite dangerous.. Please avoid them if you don't want to break any bones.. I can't belive a walking boot is not OK to go walking in
Average boots
Bought these boots for walking, OK in most weather except for frosty mornings..
Pretty much useless really, might as well be wearing ice skating boots, almost broke my leg, if I'd have known I would have done more research, would have expected these to be a little resistant to frost, A lot of money to not be able to wear them when winter mornings
Poor Quality
Sole started to come away from upper after just two outings. Poor construction quality. Would never buy again

What I found very...
What I found very disappointing that there no information on care and cleaning of the boots on contacting customer care I was told to contact Blacks and ask them they were helpful to a point but they had no information leaflets.I find this rather annoying and on contacting cuutom care a 2nd time i heard nothing from them,which again I find disappointing

These would have been lovely boots but the left was much smaller than the right which is not something I've experienced before with shoes. I would buy again at the price I paid but would go and try them on first.

I always like Peter Storm equipment, Cagoule and Boots. I have replaced my former Waterproof jacket and walking Boots which were both Peter Storm items.

Another narrow fitting boot but the size 10 will be ok for winter with thicker socks. Unassuming style with a sole that may last a lifetime.
Great value & very comfortable
Tried 6 pairs of boots in Blacks all of which were pricier than these. Spent 4 days walking in Scottish highlands and these boots were comfy, rugged, flexible and water resistant. Great buy!!

Light and comfortable, but that's where the positive ends..
First time wearing on a frosty morning I almost broke my leg, might have been better wearing skates, what's the point of a walking boot if you can't wear them in winter, clearly not been tested.
