Comfy and supportive
Great ankle and foot support. Only grumble is your photography! It looks a tan colour here but it's dark brown in real life. Have kept them for the comfort and instant wear-a-bility!
not waterproof
I've worn these boots only twice and the second time I walked in the rain for 40 minutes when the water started to come inside the boot in the toe area, which is very disappointing as I bought them for the hikes in wintry conditions. Also very slippery on smooth surfaces. On the plus side they are quite comfortable

Very pleased with my purchase! These boots are solid, lightweight and waterproof. They do come up a little loose, but I guess with thick walking socks, this will make for a perfect fit.

Really pleased with these...
Really pleased with these boots! I got them in the Black Friday sales for £44 and so far, so good. Can't comment on the waterproofing as I haven't tested them out in the wet yet, but they're a great fit (run true to size, don't bother with sizing up!) and really flattering and comfortable.

I’ve just worn these...
I’ve just worn these boots for the first time in my local park in Edinburgh - they are not waterproof. It’s a lovely dry day but the grass was wet from some drizzle overnight. I’ve just returned home from my 30 minute walk to damp socks, including the soles. The grip isn’t great either, and as far as I’m concerned these boots aren’t fit for the purpose I purchased them for. I’m going to seek a refund as they were advertised falsely. They also arrived marked, see the attached photo.

the soles are too...
the soles are too thin, the heel of the left boot became almost unbareably painful after a few days walking (big mountain walks in the lake district)
they were very waterproof which was great. possibly better for shorter flatter walks though.

II I have just received this item of walking boots in a brown colour and in the picture they are more tan colour which was what I wanted so not sure if it's the same boot? You should sell the correct picture of item advertised so debatable weather to keep them?
